This dynamic digital agency has recently experienced rapid growth with national clients in the retail and services industries. As Account Director, your main responsibility is to manage multiple key client relationships at the highest level as well as to co-ordinate campaigns using set strategies and processes.
- You will demonstrate the better part or all of the following:
- 5+ years account service experience within a creative digital agency;
- Outstanding communication skills;
- A strong background in online marketing techniques;
- Experience with services and retail clients;
- Highly organised; and
- A passion for dealing with clients.
- Ensuring Client satisfaction and managing long term relationships
- Growing revenue from established growing clients through implementing successful strategies
- Preparing and presenting professional proposals and presentations
- Generating powerful relationships within our structure to generate creative, cutting edge marketing outcomes
