Jonathan has a passion for inspiring, effective marketing. He has worked on both the agency and client side of marketing communications for over 25 years and has established several businesses. Recognising the massive advantages to both consumer and marketer brought on by digital disruption, he takes massive pleasure in assisting businesses grow through authentic, client-focused, data driven strategies.
He leads both Nimbler Digital and Streaminghouse - two rapidly growing digital marketing services companies - responsible for strategy and client services in both and sits on advisory boards for two other organisations.
When not at work, traveling or sailing, he writes, spends time with his family and plays the role of football tragic.
Adrian has headed up the Development Team at Nimbler Digital for four years. A background in .net development meant that he quickly adapts to almost any code requirements. This in turn is why he is the master of back end development and integrations here.
Adrian works directly with many of our E-Commerce and App clients and his real value lies in how quickly he becomes a part of both the client and agency teams. Adrian has a massive amount of experience building the back end systems for B2B and B2C E-Commerce websites where accounting, POS and inventory systems must work in real time sync with a website. He understands not only the needs of the marketing and sales departments but always seems to have despatch, and management needs covered as well. He and his team is then responsible for keeping all systems in perfect working order.
Adrian also heads our Hubspot onboarding and inbound functions team for all clients. Busy, sometimes. Brilliant, always.
Andrew Pritchard has been with Nimbler Digital for over 5 years. His journey has been epic and today he boasts some of the finest front end development skills in the industry.
A self proclaimed "OCD freak", his work is typified by high attention to detail and meticulous code ordering. He is the team member responsible for our unique company coding methodology documentation and boilerplate maintenance as well as having a hand in almost all web development projects.
Andrew also heads our support desk. Clients deal with him every day with small upgrade requests, Silverstripe refresher quearies and sysadmin requirements. He is highly valued and his Nimbler family regard it as a huge asset having someone in-house that views all websites through a maintenance and upkeep focus.
Zoe joined Nimbler just over a year ago and has added a totally new dimension to the design team. Having just completed her B.Visual Comms Design (Hons) degree, Zoe's passion is animation and story telling. Our clients of course reap the benefits. She is responsible also for the stunning effects in the Nimbler website.
As video content becomes more critical for online marketers, her skills in both graphic and animated design are in high demand. She also teams up with Lani Beavan (digital strategist) often to create original and effective social media content for our inbound clients.
With an eye for detail and a sharp intelect, Lani makes the perfect Digital Account Manager. She is responsible for our Inbound client content schedules, social media activity and reporting.
Lani has a background in administration and customer relations. She is highly trained in our Hubspot platform and understands the details that make inbound campaigns hum. If its working (or not) Lani knows about it. Clients rely on her to keep their marketing efforts improving month-on-month.
A fast learner, Lani is also the person most of the team rely on for quick analysis and solutions when unique digital opportunities pop up.
Leanne combines her skills in digital marketing, IT and administration to lead the accounts systems and office management for both Nimbler Digital and our sister company Streaminghouse.
She also ensures our HR and governance is tip top and plays a role in our online performance team.
As our Chief Writer, Oliver is our go-to guy for all things involving words. Whether he's writing for web or writing for print, he has you covered. Pairing his wordsmith skills with his knowledge of content and inbound marketing means he can help strengthen our clients' online presence, which in turn allows for greater lead generation.
Working closely with our Account Managers, Oliver is the head of making sure all content requested is error free, concise and optimised for web. With a keen eye for detail and a mind that thinks outside of the box, Oliver is the person the team rely on for original and exciting ideas.
