Challenge Community Services
Website, SEO, Branding
Challenge Community Services needed a new brand and web presence that would anchor their long term strategic plans and capitalise on the benefits the internet can deliver to its clients.
After a competitive pitch, Nimbler Digital was charged with the responsibility of redeveloping the Challenge website as the precursor to a broader Digital Marketing approach.
With several distinct business units, the task of making the Challenge website work not only as a branding tool but also as a value adding experience for varied stakeholders was a complex one.
The new site had to generate more engagement, generate leads as well as deliver greater SEO performance.
Challenge business goals included:
Nimbler researched all target markets and conducted a digital branding workshop with all unit managers and senior staff.
Detailed user personas were developed and this became the basis for Inbound marketing plans as well as UX considerations.Further work was done with division managers diving deep into marketing goals and buying processes.
Analytics Research showed that mobile usage was growing rapidly within the target markets so "mobile first UX Designs" drove the final scope.
As the site was developed, Nimbler Digital worked with Challenge on updating their Digital Brand to give it strength across all Digital platforms.
The finished site included videos and a colour coded menu system. A more sophisticated sitemap meant that SEO performance improved quickly and all social media profiles were integrated with the website.
Catering for a wide variety of users, the site features text size adjustment and alternate language functions.
Other site features include:
In almost 12 months, monthly site visits have doubled. Return visitor numbers have also increased significantly supporting the business goals of greater engagement.
Applications and leads via the site have also increased significantly.
Disability Services programs are experiencing very healthy uptakes and Challenge Social Media channels are showing healthy growth.
