The Royal Automobile Club of Australia were referred to Nimbler Digital to rejuvenate an old website.
After conducting extensive research into one of Australia's oldest private members Club we suggested a brand upgrade in line with a new set of online marketing practices.
The new website took the strong heritage of the Club and added a classy vibrancy to the look and feel. Additional online marketing features like a members events system, HTML newsletters and online event booking made the new site a much more useful and engaging tool. A new brand style guide was developed once the site was complete ensuring the brand look and feel was consistent and had a strong online element.
Our approach was to "add value to each persons Membership through the website". The integration with the Club's Micropower back office finance system meant that members could access their membership information, make bookings and check upcoming events on their new Club Website.
An Inbound strategy was developed for new membership processes and membership kit downloads were complemented with a much more personalised follow-up from management and staff.
